Short description: Meizan Sap Sticky Rice is from a famous glutinous rice variety in Long An. The grain is almost round and milky white in color. It is fragrant and moderately sticky when cooked and best used for cooking Xoi (steamed sticky rice), and sweet gruel, Chung cake, Tet cake.
